100 gr salted butter
10gr fresh black truffle
Mash the butter with a fork, grate the truffle on top and mix well. Put it in a small bowl, cover with cling film, put in the fridge for at least 2 hours before using it!
You can keep it up to 2 weeks in the fridge.
Add it to pasta dishes, mashed potatoes, celery mash, cooked vegetables or simply spread it on toast…!
