Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of berries (fresh or frozen) - blueberries, strawberries or raspberries work well!
- 1 ripe banana, cut into pieces
- Half a cup of crushed ice
- 2 cups of plain yoghurt
- A quarter cup of honey
Method:
1) Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
