Mixed Berry Smoothie

Serves: 2

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of berries (fresh or frozen) - blueberries, strawberries or raspberries work well!
  • 1 ripe banana, cut into pieces
  • Half a cup of crushed ice
  • 2 cups of plain yoghurt
  • A quarter cup of honey

 

Method:

1) Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
