Ingredients

1 Hispi cabbage

30-50 gr butter

Salt & pepper

 

Method

Remove the dirty leaves of the cabbage and cut into 6 wedges.

Heat the half of the butter in a large frying pan. When it starts to brown, add the cabbage, cook until burnt on one side, turn it and burn on the other side. Don’t hesitate to add butter if necessary.

Season with salt and pepper.

 

Little tip!

Be careful and use a tong to manipulate the cabbage when it’s hot!
