For 8 to 10 pancakes 


2 eggs 

125 ml water 

2 tbsp soy sauce 

1 tbsp sesame oil 

140 gr flour 

½ January King Cabbage 

3 small carrots 

½ big onion or 1 small onion 

Vegetable oil 

Flat parsley or coriander 


Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and cut it in half. Keep one half for another recipe and cut the other one in half again. Remove the core and thinly slice the cabbage. Peel and grate the carrots and the onion. 

In a bowl, mix the flour and the eggs with the water, soy sauce and sesame oil until smooth. Add the cabbage, carrots and onion and mix well.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add 1 or 2 tbsp of the mixture and form a circle and cook 4 minutes on each side. 

Serve with sriracha mayonnaise and sprinkle with freshly chopped flat parsley or coriander.
