200gr baby spinach (you can also use a salad mix or rocket salad !)
6/8 fresh basil leaves, chopped
6/8 fresh strawberries, quartered
Linseeds : as much as you want !
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil + 1 extra
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Freshly ground pepper
Wash the baby spinach, drain and place in a large salad plate.
Add the quartered strawberries and half of the chopped basil.
Prepare the dressing: add all of the ingredients to a small bowl and whisk well and add to the salad.
Place the burrata in the middle of the plate and add a dash of olive oil on top and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with linseeds and add some freshly chopped basil leaves !
