100 gr baby spinach
½ red onion
150 gr Sedani Pasta  
10 cherry tomatoes
1 yellow bell pepper
1 mozzarella
1 handful of basil
Salt & pepper
1.5 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
    200 gr baby spinach
    1 red onion
    300 gr Sedani Pasta  
    20 cherry tomatoes
    yellow bell pepper
    2 mozzarella
    1 big handful of basil
    Salt & pepper
    3 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp balsamic vinegar



      Boil the pasta in salted water for 12 minutes.

      Drain, tip into a colander, then rinse under running water.

      Wash the vegetables. Cut the cherry tomatoes in quarter, dice the bell pepper, roughly chop the baby spinach and the basil leaves. Slice the red onion and cut the mozzarella into cubes.

      In a small bowl, whisk the balsamic vinegar and olive oil with a pinch of salt and pepper.

       Place all the ingredients in a salad bowl and toss everything together. It’s ready!
